Job description:

Toyota Salinas has an immediate opening for a full time experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk. Previous automotive dealership Accounts Payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

·                 Post invoices

• Reconcile statements
• Disburse checks
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in the system
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
• Cut miscellaneous checks
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·                     Experience using a dealership management system (DMS)

• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team
• Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
• Proficient in Excel
